Planning Board News

Planning Board Recommends a Temporary Moratorium on Issuing Certain Permits in the B-1 District

Upon recommendation by the Planning Board, the Village Board enacted a 180 day moratorium on certain permits to be issued in the B-1 district so that the zoning language for this district could be updated. The Village Board passed local law #2-2007 enacting the Moratorium at their October 15, 2007 regular meeting.
