Meeting Schedule

The DPW Advisory Board meets quarterly at the DPW Offices on 42 English Street, usually in the evening. Meetings are announced in the Westfield Republican or Evening Observer prior to the actual meeting date.

Responsibilities

The DPW Advisory Board was established to advise and assist the Superintendents and the Board of Trustees in the operations of the electric, water & sewer utility systems, and the public works (street) departments of the village. The Board consists of five members, all appointed by the Mayor and Village Board. One of these members must also be a member of the Board of Trustees, appointed by the Mayor annually at the organizational meeting. Advisory board members other than the Board Liaison have four-year terms.
